Sessions offered via Google Meet, Zoom, WhatsApp, phone, or in-person.

Distant sessions are done solely by Beren Zengin on the specific subject. There is no communication during distant healing.

Sessions by voice call or text are a minimum of 30 minutes. One-to-one sessions are a minimum of 60 minutes.

No, not at the moment. However, I’m happy to work on your relationships during 1:1 (individual) sessions.

For someone underage, at least one parent or guardian must be present during the session. Whoever joins the session pays the full fee of the session.

Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge with 24 hours’ notice. Without 24 hours’ notice, clients will be charged the full fee. However, distant healing will still be carried out for the amount paid.
(Distant healing will be by non-agenda where the client’s Body–Mind–Consciousness complex decides what the agenda is. The client can continue their daily life while receiving distant healing.)

If you would like to extend your session, please kindly ask. If I have extra time, we can continue and the fee applies for the extended time.

Bookings can be made directly via email or WhatsApp message (please do not call).

I usually reply as soon as possible. If you don’t hear back within 24 hours, please contact me again.

Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or debit card. Please note that any processing or commission fees associated with card payments will be added to the total amount.

Yes, but please book a minimum 30-minute session for this. I prefer not to discuss therapy content outside of sessions.

  • Text sessions (emails/messages) are only for urgent situations where clients cannot talk to me by WhatsApp or one-to-one.
  • Free texts are strictly for bookings and payments only (e.g. scheduling, rescheduling, fees, payment details).
  • If you don’t want to be charged for text sessions, please use texts only for bookings and payments; otherwise fees apply.
  • I recommend text sessions only for urgent situations.
  • I love hearing your insights and feedback; please note them and share during your one-to-one session.

I love exchanging materials with clients during online/clinic sessions, not by text.
If you’d like to share something, please bring it to your next session. I’ll do the same when sharing with you. (If you like, before the session, you can save them in your draft box, so they are ready to be sent, and when we meet, you can forward them to me during our session.)

Unfortunately, I’m not able to recreate your notes outside of sessions. Please back up your own session notes.

No. Please take notes if you need to, but no recordings.

No. A strict code of ethics applies. I’m not able to contact, speak with, or see clients in personal life (outside of sessions).
P.S. If we meet accidentally, we can kindly greet each other. If you’d like to discuss anything, please book a session.

I kindly ask you not to send me messages/emails on special dates. (Otherwise, my inbox becomes overloaded and it may delay my responses to urgent cases, especially for clients in hospitals.) Thank you for your understanding.

Those words are not appropriate in a therapist–client relationship. Please call me Beren. Thank you.

The bridge between the conscious and unconscious mind transforms our experiences into wisdom.

By expanding our awareness to create balance between both our inner and outer worlds, we begin to form a path of coherence — from the door of the heart to the mind, and from the door of the mind to the body.
