Payment Procedure
- All sessions and services are pre-paid.
- Non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Full payment of fees must be made upfront and prior to all services.
Cancellation Policy
- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment.
- Without 24 hours’ notice, clients will be charged the full fee of the appointment.
- However, a distant session will be carried out in full at the time of the booked appointment for the amount paid.
(In other words, if a client cannot attend their booked appointment, a distant session will be performed on the day and time of the appointment unless it is cancelled 24 hours in advance.)
Late Arrivals
- Late arrivals will be accommodated where possible.
- Sessions will end at the scheduled finishing time regardless of late arrival.
No-Refund Policy
- All services and sessions are non-refundable.
- All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Consent / Your Agreement
By booking or attending a session, you confirm that:
- All the information you have provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- You understand that no medical diagnosis or treatment will be given.
- The sessions and services offered by Beren Zengin do not replace medical care.
- You are aware that any medical issues or concerns should be addressed with a qualified physician, medical, psychological, or healthcare provider.
- You are solely responsible for your own wellbeing and medical care.
- You understand that Beren Zengin cannot make any promises or guarantees about sessions.
- You confirm that you have requested and consented to receive services from Beren Zengin.
- You are aware that participation in sessions is voluntary and that you may choose to end your participation at any time.
- You have read, understood, and agree with the Terms & Conditions, No-Refund Policy, Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, and this Consent / Your Agreement (as specified on the website).
