Karma Work

Karma is a Sanskrit word meaning “action” or “fate”. In general, karma refers to what we do – good or bad – returning to us.

In this work, we help the person understand the wisdom from the experience and then release the negative energies related to that specific event or person. The most useful technique is Ho’oponopono. Ho means “to do”, Pono means “right” – so together, “doing right”. In this technique, we support the person to forgive themselves, accept the situation, and forgive others.

Why is it important?
Because sometimes we don’t even realise that we have created karma in any event or towards someone, even if we think we are right.

Whether we believe it or not, and whether it returns to us in this lifetime or not, it is always better to be aware of it and heal it for our own peace.
