Yin and Yang represent opposite but also complementary qualities, transforming into each other.
In short, Yang is our physical body activities, belongings, time, actions, behaviours, etc. Yin is our inner body, our state of being. Generally, most of us are more prone to one side. Some people are calmer, some louder and more talkative, some very active, while some remain more passive.
Therefore, Yin and Yang balance means a healthy inner and outer state, feeling wholeness, and at the same time being an individual. Having strong and healthy Yin and Yang is not something requiring healing unless it becomes pathological.
Therefore, balancing Yin and Yang has a positive effect on all our relationships with people and life. What we feel and think is reflected in our physical reality, and what we do and how we act influence] our inner reality.
Why is it important?
Because our Yin and Yang states effects our mind. It is like a pendulum: sometimes it swings to excessive Yang, sometimes to excessive Yin. The most important thing is to keep it in the middle range, which brings balance and harmony into our lives.
