Emotions are mainly linked to our past experiences and memories. But they do not always need a direct experience; we can even create emotions by thought alone, especially about the future, depending on past experiences.
In this work, we explore the effects of emotions in our lives and how to control them. Additionally, we work on how to release negative emotions attached to past memories.
Why is it important?
Because misuse of emotions negatively affects the body, especially pathological fear, anxiety, and worry. This means the stress response system switches on and the immune system switches off. The body cannot repair or grow itself. Then the person cannot use their frontal lobe efficiently (which is responsible for thinking, creating, and analysing) and instead reacts with reflexes and instinctive behaviours, which are not the body’s natural state.
