A “Part” is an identity formed by our past experiences or childhood learnings from family and environment, where they linked to emotions, thoughts, or beliefs – consciously or unconsciously.

It is like computer programming. It can develop into a personality, such as an angry person or a very sensitive person. We may encounter these parts in our daily behaviours or in how we react to specific events.

Part therapies are really powerful, but are strongly recommended to be done with professional guidance, often through distant healing.

Why is it important?
Because some parts can support us, but others may hinder us. The ones that control our daily lives are very important. For example, if a person’s evolutionary lesson ( something they need to improve in life) is to set boundaries with elegant assertive energy, any Part that is afraid to say “No” and feels guilty will not be helpful in overcoming this lesson. As a result, the person may face situations where they must say “No” repeatedly.
